Position Summary:

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow solutions.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and successful UX projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ServiceNow solutions.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers and consultants to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Client Interaction: Engage with Clients to understand their requirements and ensure the designs meet their needs.
User-Centered Design: Advocate for a user-centered design approach and ensure the user experience is a top priority in all projects.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UX design trends and best practices, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
