As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage Client relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 1 years focused on ServiceNow platform.

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.

Ability to advocate for Client needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into services and solutions.

Experience in managing contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance preferred.

Experience with project budgets, forecast costs, and meeting financial objectives preferred.

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and /or ServiceNow certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations, digital transformations and other IT projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Execution and Monitoring: Ensure projects are executed according to plan, coordinating with developers, consultants, and other team members.

Performance Tracking: Track project progress, performance, and metrics, providing regular updates to the internal team and to Clients.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues and risks, ensuring successful project delivery.

Team Mentorship: Guide and support project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Technical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge to provide guidance on project design, development, and implementation.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project management and ServiceNow technology.
