As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will engage with Clients to understand their needs, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, design and implementation.

At least one ServiceNow CIS certificate and willingness to obtain additional certifications.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Ability to work independently and / or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult and Advise: Work closely with our Clients to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and design ServiceNow solutions.

Design and implement: Design ServiceNow applications and modules in line with industry best practices and latest ServiceNow standards.

Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Train and Support: Provide training and support to Clients, ensuring successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
