As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving Client success, managing complex engagements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client engagement or account management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience in managing large-scale Client engagements and cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
Proven ability to advocate for Client needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into services and solutions.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and / or ServiceNow certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Work with Clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all engagement-related matters.
Engagement Leadership: Lead and manage multiple Client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of contract deliverables.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate engagement risks, ensuring Client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to Clients and senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement success.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to expand our services within existing accounts.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for Client needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into our services and solutions.
