Position Summary:

Are you an experienced and motivated Scrum Master looking for an exciting opportunity to lead agile teams?

As a Scrum Master, you will guide and coach multiple agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Scrum practices and principles.

You will collaborate with developers, consultants, and Clients to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality projects.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1 years focused on projects related to ServiceNow platform.

Proven experience in leading agile teams and managing large-scale IT projects.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.

Experience with agile project management tools.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coaching: Coach and mentor Agile teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile principles and practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.

Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments that block the progress of the team, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Agile Best Practices: Promote and implement agile best practices, ensuring teams are productive and engaged.

Project Management: Assist in the management of project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with Clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
