Position Summary:

Are you an experienced and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact?

As an OCM Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Change Management strategies that drive user adoption and minimize resistance. You will work closely with Clients, project teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure the realization of project benefits.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in OCM, with at least 1 year focused on ServiceNow implementations or transformations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful OCM strategies.
Strong understanding of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Experience with training design and delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Communication: Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Training: Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to embrace the change.
Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of transformation projects on different parts of the organization.
Readiness Assessment: Evaluate organizational readiness for changes and develop strategies to address any gaps.
Support: Provide ongoing support to employees and leaders to help them navigate the change process.
Measurement: Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of OCM efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and consultants to ensure OCM activities are integrated into project plans.
